Dinner tonight was really yummy! I made Shrimp Pasta which I found on SparkRecipes. Someone had adapted the recipe from Kraft’s Shrimp-In-Love Pasta. I’m not sure what my expectations were, but they were definitely blown out of the water. I was impressed with how creamy and delicious this was.
I added some corn because I felt like I needed to include at least one more veggie. Aside from how delicious it was, this recipe was great because it’s SUPER fast to make. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. It’s a great Wednesday night recipe for me when I have about an hour to make dinner, digest, and get out the door to yoga.
Speaking of…I need to head out the door for yoga. I’m also planning a dreadmill run for at least 30 minutes after. I’ll let you know how it goes.
