First of all, I’m having a really bad hair day. My bangs are all over the place. No amount of flat ironing seems to tame them.
Breakfast this morning was my usual oats with an added bonus – 1/4 c. of pomegranate arils! The consistency of the oats was a bit off though. I’m not really sure what happened. I’m also almost out of my favorite peanut butter from Trader Joe’s. It looks like I’ll need to take a trip over there sometime this weekend.
I always thought I preferred sleeping with Chris next to me. Last night Chris stay the night at his dad’s house so I was on my own in bed. I thought I would going to have trouble sleeping, and was I ever wrong! Turns out unkind of miss sleeping alone. Don’t get me wrong, I love being able to cuddle, but there’s nothing like getting to sprawl out in the middle of the bed in a little nest of pillows and blankets. I slept like a rock.
I was supposed to get up early this morning to so the Bigget Loser Last Chance Work-Out DVD. I woke up when the alarm went off, but my body just felt tired. It wasn’t sleepy tired but rather a worn out tired. I think after my training sesh with Sarah on Sunday and my pretty intense workout last night, my body needs a bit of rest. I decided to call of this morning’s work out and went back to sleep for a bit longer.
I’m going to see how I feel tonight after work. I may do the DVD tonight instead.
