It’s been a while since I’ve set any sort of monthly goals…a long while. Today that changes. I know myself well enough to know that even if I don’t reach all my goals, setting some goals does me more good and keeps me more focused than not setting them at all. I’m keeping it pretty simple this month.
My food goals focus on getting back to more meatless meals. This is something I’ve been really lazy about recently.
Vegetarian dinners 3 times a week
Vegan dinners 1 time a week
Run 8 times
Lift heavy things 10 times
Complete 2 craft projects
Study 20 minutes 2 days a week
