Weekly Plan 5/13 – 5/19

Confession Time…To say things have been going poorly lately would probably be a total understatment.  Things have been crap lately, and it’s my own fault.  I could blame it on bein busy or something like that, but I would be lying to you and myself.  Truth is, I’ve been extremely lazy lately.  I haven’t been meal planning.  I’ve been eating out A TON.  I’ve been blowing off workouts.  I’ve been overeating, and it’s been intentional in a lot of instances.  I know I’m not even a little hungy, but there I am, eating.  It needs.to.stop.  I’ve made myself feel like absolutely garbage, and that’s not okay.  So today, I’m turning it around.  This week there will be no booze, no eating out, and no snacking on crap.  If I want to eat (outside of meal times), it’s fruits or veggies.  If I’m not hungry enough to eat an apple, I’m not hungry.

  1. great game plan, Stina! 🙂 I feel like a lot of people are struggling right now from different blogs and SP blogs I’ve been reading. Must be something in the air. And that’s okay! You know as well as I do that the healthy lifestyle journey has so many ups and downs. It’s okay to get bored and get in a rut- it’s normal. You gotta do what you can to pull yourself out of it, and you’ll get there. This plan is an awesome way of doing just that. Just remember to be kind to yourself, and that it is okay to not live off of fruits and veggies all day long, and sometimes life gets “in the way” and we eat out more and blow off work outs. It’s normal. I know you know this and it’s easy to get down on ourselves, but I just wanted to give you a little reminder!

    Let’s rock this week! 🙂

    1. Thanks so much for the encouragement Tori! I’m definitely all for indulgences and living life, but you have to draw a line somewhere, ya know? For me, that line is definitely when I start feeling like crappola which is where I was heading full force.

So far so good this week. I’m feel much better over all!
